The Role


At SellerX we are growing our Editorial Content team and now we are looking for a Editorial Content Specialist - English (x/f/m) to join our team. In this role you will be instrumental in crafting compelling and reliable copywriting content for the Text on images of our listing, as well as optimizing SEO for our Amazon listings. Your Responsibilities in Detail


  • Develop Engaging Text on Images: Create captivating and persuasive copy for the Text on images of our product listings on Amazon, ensuring they effectively communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points (USP) to potential customers. 
  • SEO for Listings: Conduct thorough keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to optimize product listings on Amazon, enhancing their visibility in search results and driving organic traffic to our products.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure that all copywriting content aligns with the brand voice, style guidelines, and messaging strategy, maintaining consistency across all product listings to reinforce brand identity and trustworthiness.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with graphic designers, product managers, and marketing specialists to coordinate efforts and ensure that copywriting content complements other aspects of product listings and marketing campaigns effectively.

Your Background


To join our team, you bring along 

  • English Proficiency: Fluency in English with exceptional writing skills, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary, to create engaging and persuasive copy that resonates with English-speaking audiences.
  • Copywriting Experience: Proven experience in copywriting, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing context, with a portfolio showcasing the ability to create compelling and effective copy for product descriptions, advertising campaigns, or similar content.
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structure, to effectively optimize product listings for improved visibility and ranking on Amazon search results.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines and specifications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in all copywriting content produced for product listings.
  • Adaptability and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment typical of e-commerce businesses.
