Director of Marketing
(This is a remote position open to applicants residing in TX, CO or AZ)
Job Description
The Director of Marketing will fuel the growth strategy by generating demand for IronEdge products and services and building the sales pipeline with qualified business opportunities. You will analyze target market information and identify new market segments that will benefit from IronEdge’s services and prepare bold marketing campaigns to differentiate IronEdge. The Director will develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey. To measure, optimize, and scale all campaigns, you will develop a data-driven lead generation methodology and process.
The Director will forecast, draft, implement, and oversee the department’s operating budget. Our ideal candidate has a proven knack for creating full-funnel marketing plans, from first touch to every nurture point along the way. This is a supervisory role. As a leader, you will recruit, interview, and train staff in the department and oversee the daily workflow. You will be responsible for providing constructive and timely performance evaluations and monitoring the performance of the staff in your department.
Requirements
5+ years of marketing leadership experience, including experience managing a team.
A proven track record of building demand
Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce and WordPress (preferred)
Experience working in the managed services industry, or other similar industry with highly commoditized products
Thorough understanding of market developments, marketing strategies and practices
A data driven, outcome-based approach

Salary Range
$110,000- $150,000 (Exempt)Bonus Eligible
