We are looking for a
entrepreneurial &
entry-level Junior Chief of Staff to support our CEO and leadership team as we scale rapidly. In this role, you’ll report to our Chief of Staff to drive key strategic initiatives, improve organizational efficiency, and facilitate cross-functional communication. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and excited about making an impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support
Assist in executing high-priority projects and initiatives, working with various teams to ensure alignment and timely completion.
Help manage the CEO’s agenda, focusing on strategic planning and prioritization to maximize impact.
Prepare briefing materials, research, and analysis to support decision-making for the CEO and leadership team.
Participate in goal-setting and tracking, supporting the Chief of Staff in aligning company objectives with department goals.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a liaison between the CEO, Chief of Staff, and other departments to ensure seamless communication.
Facilitate meetings and follow up on action items with stakeholders to drive accountability and results.
Support company-wide initiatives, such as team off-sites, all-hands meetings, and other key events that foster alignment and culture.
Project Management
Assist the Chief of Staff in managing complex, cross-departmental projects, from inception through completion.
Create and maintain project timelines, track milestones, and coordinate with team members to ensure deliverables are met.
Compile reports, presentations, and updates for leadership on project status and key metrics.

Salary Range Details:
The compensation range for this position is set between $70,000 and $90,000, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations. However, exceptions may be made for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
