Sports Marketing Coordinator

By entering new sports markets our ambition is to continue to grow those numbers and provide our innovative technology to teams across a wider range of sports. 
To support our expansion into new sports markets, we’re looking for a sports enthusiast with a passion for marketing to join our Marketing team as a Sports Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will drive key commercial initiatives for the football, basketball, lacrosse, volleyball, field hockey, rugby, and ice hockey markets in the US. The ideal candidate has a background in digital marketing and in-depth knowledge of several or all of the listed sports.

Key responsibilities:


  • Be the go-to person in the marketing department for projects related to the football, basketball, lacrosse, volleyball, field hockey, rugby and ice hockey markets
  • Be responsible for creating and maintaining content for all sports-specific touch points across the sales and marketing funnel, including website, ads, emails, sales collateral, and more  
  • Work closely with our copywriters to tailor our marketing communication to each sport 
  • Create your own initiatives to generate leads for each sport for the sales team 
  • Work closely with the commercial data department to analyze and report on the commercial performance for each sport
  • Work with our Branding and Marketing Creative teams to transform Veo from a soccer brand to a multi-sport brand
  • Coordinate with our product department and be the expert on Veo’s product offering for each sport

Preferred Experience and Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent 
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of several American team sports.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills at a native level of English
  • Experience with writing copy for websites, emails, and ads
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to drive projects independently 
  • Prior experience with Active Campaign and Webflow is beneficial
  • Prior experience with High School and/or College sports is desirable

$65,000 - $80,000 a yearThe position is based in our Miami office where you will sit together with our US Sales team. Your manager and the rest of the Marketing team are based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, so you will get the opportunity to travel to Denmark to visit our vibrant Copenhagen office a few times a year. At Veo, you'll be part of a thriving work environment where every day brings new excitement.
