As a Customer Implementation Specialist & Data Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in driving the success of our digital solutions, serving as a trusted partner to our clients, and ensuring seamless implementation and adoption of our services. You’ll lead key projects, optimize processes, and serve as the main point of contact for clients—helping them achieve their goals while advancing our mission to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Build Trusted Client RelationshipsAct as the primary liaison for clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and success.
- Lead Seamless ImplementationsManage end-to-end implementation plans, ensuring deliverables are met on time and exceed client expectations.
- Optimize and Report on DataAnalyze and refine processes, create data reports, and leverage insights to enhance decision-making for both clients and internal teams.
- Drive Team CollaborationPartner closely with Software Engineering, Product Management, and Field Teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
- Deliver Value to Clients and TeamsOversee go-live processes, support upgrades, and contribute to internal process improvements to elevate client experiences.
- Manage client requests, set expectations, and provide regular updates.
- Collaborate on workflow discovery, requirements gathering, and process analysis.
- Facilitate team and client meetings to align on project goals and progress.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for client portfolios.
- Support billing processes, milestone tracking, and SOX compliance.
- Deliver insights through advanced reporting tools like Tableau or BI Analytics.
- Identify and drive internal process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare IT, with at least 3+ years in project or program management.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in Tableau or BI Analytics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical Experience in a hospital
- Knowledge of Transplant industry
- Experience in the medical field, ideally in a hospital or transplant environment.
- Familiarity with the transplant industry and its unique challenges.
