EHS Analyst

We are looking for a collaborative
EHS Analyst who understands the broad HSE landscape and enjoys digging into data and project management. This position will assist in driving achievement of our EHS targets by consolidating and tracking data as well as supporting implementation of department related initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Administer EHS data management, validation, and tracking process
  • Analyze data to support decision making
  • Track progress against company HSE goals such as, TRIR, spill intensity, good catches, Risk categories, etc.
  • Assist in project management of Department action items and ensure effective closure
  • Assist with EHS target setting and implementation of best practices
  • Assist in implementing EHS software across the organization
  • Assist in tracking trainings and FRC policies
  • Assist in developing material for Investor Relations
  • Perform benchmarking and stay abreast of EHS trends
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


  • Self-starter with proven ability to establish and meet goals and deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBi, Spotfire etc.
  • Knowledge in EHS Reporting
  • Knowledge in Health and Safety processes and procedures

Education and Experience:


  • College degree
  • At least two years of similar experience
