Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and committed professional to lead our Diversity program.If you are passionate about diversity and inclusion, have experience in project management, and wish to contribute to creating a more inclusive work environment, we want to meet you!The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive work environment, working across different areas of the organization.This position will report directly to the HR Director.Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of the diversity program, aligned with the company's objectives and guidelines.
  • Plan initiatives, establishing deliverables, deadlines, responsible parties, and success measures.
  • Coordinate the various initiatives of the Diversity program at both domestic and international levels.
  • Prioritize actions, monitor progress, and propose areas for improvement.
  • Regularly communicate progress using quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
  • Prepare reports for governing bodies.
  • Work across various human resources areas (talent, recruiting, benefits, etc.).

  • Qualifications


    Requirements:

    • Passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
    • Experience in designing and running diversity programs 
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to energize teams.
    • Ability to coordinate with different HR areas at local and international levels.
    • Independent judgment and assertiveness to evaluate progress and communicate alerts.
    • Experience in project management and working with multiple areas.
    • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms.
    • Analytical skills and data management abilities.
    • Initiative and proactivity.
    • Collaboration and teamwork skills.

    Education: Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
