Senior Software Engineer (React)
Location: Gurgaon / New Delhi (Fully Remote) NO US-BASED CANDIDATES
Role Overview
Financial Technology Partners (FT Partners) is looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our frontend team. You’ll work alongside our lead frontend engineer to enhance our internal web application, which serves as a comprehensive CRM, project management tool, and suite of operational software. This role requires solid expertise in TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS, as well as baseline product and design sense to develop features from wireframes and business requirements. Code quality is very important; we emphasize efficient, consistent, and highly readable code as being as important as the functionality.
We aim to create elegant, well-structured solutions, leveraging industry best practices to keep the codebase stable, flexible and intuitive.

Key Responsibilities
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our React + Vite codebase, maintaining organization and minimizing bloat
- Develop new sections, components, and functionality within the application, as well as consolidating and improving existing features.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure software stability
- Help manage dependencies and address security alerts
- Collaborate closely with backend engineering on API integration, data infrastructure, and security
- Participate in ticket tracking, standups, and sprint planning to maintain team visibility
- Write clear, readable, and well-documented code, adhering to team conventions and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a web application environment (APIs, SPAs, CI/CD, Cloud infrastructure, Git)
- 2+ years with React/Redux
