What you will do:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their main point of contact to understand their needs and objectives.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals to expand Fusable’s client base.
- Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that illustrate the value of Fusable’s products and services.
- Customer Support: Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and provide regular reports on performance metrics.
What you need:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $55,000/year - $65,000/year plus incentive. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
