MS Senior Security Architect

We are looking for a Senior Security Architect to join our Advisory team and help us enhance our Clients Microsoft Security Stack posture and maturity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft security solutions and technologies and experience with the design and implementation of secure environments in compliance with security best practices. As a Senior Security Architect, the candidate is expected to assess, recommend, deploy and configure Microsoft security tools and components to help an organization optimize their use of their Microsoft licenses and environments. Key responsabilitiesConduct Microsoft environment security assessment to identify areas of improvements and recommend mitigation steps based on security best practices and main controls (e.g., identity, access, endpoints, applications, networks, data);Deploy, implement, configure and optimize Microsoft security technologies, tools and solutions needed to bridge security gaps, including but not limited to:oMicrosoft Defender XDR Suite;oMicrosoft Cloud App Security;oEntra ID;oEndpoint Manager and Intune;oSharePointoPurviewoMicrosoft Sentinel.Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security into all aspects of the organization’s operations.Provide subject matter expertise and input on matters related to cybersecurity, guiding clients towards the solutions that better fit their needs and cybersecurity objectives.Assist in the development and improvement of GoSecure service catalogue around Microsoft ecosystem such as:oSecurity Maturity Assessments;oSecurity Operations (SecOps);oCost Optimization (FinOps);oManaged Security Services.Provide support to the sales team with client relationship management, pre-sales activities, proposal creation, effort estimations, needs analysis, and solution design as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).QualificationsMinimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years specializing in Microsoft Security Stack;Bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or related vocations and/or equivalent education/experience.Experience with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate are highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to apply IS/IT-related knowledge and experience in solving complex cyber security problems.Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.Bilingualism (French and English) is required.Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal, communication and writing skills.Ability to work both independently and within a global team environment.Self-starter, quick-learner, and pro-active problem-solving skills.Effective organization, follow-up and time management skills.Demonstrated strength in working in a high change environment.Ability to develop and foster strong relationships with technology and business stakeholders.Effective team collaboration plus the ability to coach and mentor others.Strong personal characteristics as demonstrated by the following: achievement-oriented, self-controlled, self-confident, flexible, approachable, and dedicated.The following personal abilities are favored at GoSecure:Excellent analysis skills;Exceptional organizational skills;Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently;Superior verbal and written communication skills in English and French are mandatory;Energetic and positive with a "can do" attitude.
