What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support with strong problem solving skills to the Recruiting Team through scheduling and coordinating phone, virtual, and onsite interviews for a variety of positions and levels across our team
- Manage onsite interview days to include: greeting candidates, managing schedule changes, providing tours, and providing a strong candidate experience (this also includes in a virtual setting)
- Provide immaculate on-going verbal and written communication to candidates and hiring managers
- Own the new hire process including drafting and sending offer letters, managing background check processes, confirming licensing, supporting on-boarding communication, etc.
- Coordinate candidate travel to interviews and the new hire relocation process
- Project management for new and ongoing recruiting initiatives
- Recognize and propose solutions to improve the recruiting process
- Maintain a great candidate experience systemically through our ATS, job boards, and other touch points
- Opportunity to partner with on-campus recruiting efforts
- Role may eventually expand to include resume review and sourcing to identify qualified candidates and owning job requisitions
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in roles that require attention to detail, timeliness, organizational skills, and external communication
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously
- Ability to operate autonomously and use your resources to creatively solve problems
- Scrappy, tenacious, and self-motivated
- Passionate about working in a dynamic, fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Eager to learn and grow within the field of talent acquisition and HR
- This is a hybrid position: typically 3 days in our Fort Mill, SC office, 2 days virtual
Compensation
- Cash Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000**Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
