Position: Community Manager for The Village – Raleigh, NC
Role Overview
As the Community Manager you will manage this apartment community with 300 units to increase profitability through day-to-day operational and financial management. We offer competitive annual base salary + bonus + generous rent discount (if needed) + health/dental/vision/401K + paid training
Most Important Responsibilities
- Maintains the revenue, expenses, physical and economic occupancy in accordance to the budget and projections.
- Execution of operational activities to achieve goals, including sales and marketing strategies.
- Leading by example to set the standard for your team.
- Assist with coaching and developing the team.
- Delivering timely and accurate financial information.
- Delinquency management.
- Assist with successfully managing renewals for resident retention goals.
Most Important Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Community Manager preferred.
- 5 years of experience in multifamily.
- Strong leadership track record.
- Financial reporting exp, including budget preparation, variance reporting and delinquency management.
- Demonstrated ability to train and coach team members.
- CAM certification a plus.
- Creative marketing insight for this competitive market a plus.
- Effective time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle resident issues.
- Organization skills, strong follow up, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
