Position:  Community Manager for The Village – Raleigh, NC  


Role Overview


As the Community Manager you will manage this apartment community with 300 units to increase profitability through day-to-day operational and financial management. We offer competitive annual base salary + bonus + generous rent discount (if needed) + health/dental/vision/401K + paid training

 Most Important Responsibilities 


  • Maintains the revenue, expenses, physical and economic occupancy in accordance to the budget and projections. 
  • Execution of operational activities to achieve goals, including sales and marketing strategies.
  • Leading by example to set the standard for your team.
  • Assist with coaching and developing the team. 
  • Delivering timely and accurate financial information.
  • Delinquency management.
  • Assist with successfully managing renewals for resident retention goals. 

Most Important Qualifications


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Community Manager preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in multifamily.
  • Strong leadership track record.
  • Financial reporting exp, including budget preparation, variance reporting and delinquency management.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and coach team members.        
  • CAM certification a plus.
  • Creative marketing insight for this competitive market a plus.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently handle resident issues.
  • Organization skills, strong follow up, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
