Primary Responsibilities of Role
- Assist associates with all technology-related issues and requests
- Promote relationships with the end-user community to ensure that expectations are set and fulfilled appropriately
- Document processes and procedures to promote an organized approach to problem management
- Help ensure that support tickets are entered, picked up, worked and closed in an effective and efficient manner
- Support the allocation of technology resources to ensure an optimal business environment
- Track time spent on support tickets

Work Experience
- Experience working in an IT helpdesk or other similar technology role is strongly preferred
- MIS or other technology-related degree is preferred
- Experience with problem solving and/or troubleshooting issues is preferred
- Experience with ticket management is a plus
Skills
- Experience with using and/or troubleshooting Office 365 and/or Google Workspace - Preferred
- Experience with Active Directory accounts/security light management - Preferred
- Experience using and/or troubleshooting Windows and/or Mac OS issues - Preferred
- Experience working with printers, copiers, phone systems, internet routers, etc. - Preferred

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $24.00 - $26.00 an hour.
