5000 list of fastest-growing companies in the United States, and with a continually expanding global presence, 365 Retail Markets is committed to growth, innovation, and providing superior, integrated technology that meets the evolving needs of its customers and consumers.The Director of Marketing is responsible for creating, planning and executing innovative marketing strategies, promoting brand awareness, and generally overseeing all marketing-related activities of the company. This role’s primary focus will be on growth for 365’s core products, both domestically and internationally.
However, this role also supports all growth areas for marketing by managing and allocating shared resources to ensure marketing goals are reached across our portfolio of products and brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to align with business objectives in collaboration with the VP, Marketing & Communications
- Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive high-quality leads and sales pipeline development for 365 core product line
- Monitor and optimize campaigns and programs
- Understand ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) and create strategies to engage with them
- Own customer lifecycle programs to increase engagement, turn prospects into customers, and drive revenue expansion with existing clients
- Drive content development to target customers and prospects
- Monitor, measure and report the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and efficiently optimize to improve performance and results
- Lead and train direct reports to develop and control marketing programs and initiatives
- Execute marketing plans and goals into actionable objectives, strategies and results while operating within the team’s budget
- Work closely with marketing leaders to allocate resources to support all marketing verticals (e.g. 365 core products, dining, and new vertical growth)
- Oversee a consistent application of brand image across all product lines, internal marketing, promotional materials and events
- Build and execute a marketing strategy that includes competitive benchmarking and targeted campaigns
- Organize and analyze data from marketing campaigns to assist the sales team in meeting business objectives
- Manage requests from sales team to ensure efficient development of sales resources to assist in revenue generation
- Communicate measurable campaign results on a regular cadence across cross-functional teams to inform augmentation of future campaigns
- Establish clear and open communication with sales and product leadership
- Collect and analyze marketing metrics to identify marketplace trends and best practices to optimize online marketing performance
- Lead and enhance digital marketing metrics- SEO, website performance, conversion rates, etc.
- Manage strategy and execution of ABM campaigns for strategic targets
- Oversee advertising and promotion activities including, but not limited to, print collateral, internal marketing, digital marketing, customer events and tradeshows
- Other duties as assigned by the VP, Marketing & Communications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Marketing or Business required, with 10+ years related experience, preferably in B2B marketing roles
- Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of marketing functions
- Ability to communicate orally and in written form effectively with management, internal and external customers
- Self-managed, self-starter able to work in rapidly changing environment
- Extremely organized and detail oriented with strong time management skills
- Ability to perform business analysis and decision-making
- Ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments, business partners, and employees in a team-oriented environment
