Position Overview:
The Integrated Marketing Manager will assist the Head of Content and Integrated Marketing in setting 360 marketing strategies informed by consumer insights and analytics and executing them within brand standards seamlessly; owning the multi-channel marketing calendar by managing campaigns across different channels; working cross-functionally with internal teams, freelancers, and third-party vendors; and proposing innovative ways to elevate our brand and propel growth. This individual will work with key social media and digital platforms, as well as seek out emerging opportunities that can help us grow our customer base and brand awareness.

Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills are essential, as is a proven track record in product marketing, and content calendar management. Primary Responsibilities:
● Lead the development and briefing process for key seasonal brand, and product marketing stories focusing on the Greyson Men’s Line, inclusive of special projects and collaborations. ● Create and manage documentation and tools that enable a shared understanding of key seasonal creative brand and product marketing stories for direct team and key channel collaborators ● Over see the content calendar to maintain cohesive storytelling across organic & paid social, email, and web placements. ● Lead go-to-market briefs to keep leadership informed on current marketing campaign creative. ● Partner with creative peers on both day-to-day and long-term channel management, with a major focus on community growth. ● Collaborate closely with the e-commerce and retail team to ensure that brand and product stories align with the marketing channel strategies ● Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets to the e-commerce team● Work with our digital marketing team to monitor, analyze and optimize channel activity and customer acquisition metrics through monthly and ad-hoc reports ● Work alongside the digital marketing team to ensure performance ads align with our holistic marketing approach.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field required. A Master's degree is a plus. ● 5+years of marketing experience, focusing on integrated marketing campaigns. ● Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional marketing teams. ● Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to monitor, analyze, and optimize channel activity and customer acquisition metrics. ● Strong decision-making skills with the ability to provide direction and guidance to team members. ● Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that engage and convert target audiences. ● Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering compelling brand experiences through visual and written content.
