Recruiting Specialist
The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for successfully hiring the best possible talent for open positions within the company. This individual will work with the HR and recruiting teams to develop recruitment plans for specific roles, using traditional sourcing strategies as well as finding creative ideas to fill open positions.
Responsibilities
:
- Work closely with the HR and recruiting teams to strategize and implement position-specific recruitment campaigns, with the intent to build strong candidate pipelines to fill openings
- Source candidates for various contact center roles creatively and cost-effectively
- Research and recommend new sources for recruiting candidates
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leads for current and future positions
- Screen applicant resumes and applications, perform phone and/or in-person interviews and make referral recommendations
- Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions
- Ensure that all recruiting is conducted within legal parameters
- Stays current on market trends, assigned skill sets, and understands emerging technologies
- Ability to manage a large and variable workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work
Qualifications: ·
- High School Diploma/GED required, higher education a plus
- Recruiting experience is preferred
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System for all recruitment purposes preferred
- Possess strong customer service and excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and possess strong organizational, communication, and spreadsheet skills
- Excellent communication and verbal skills
- Maintain a high level of flexibility and responsiveness
- Proven ability to communicate results in a clear, concise manner.
