Position Overview
The Oracle NetSuite Administrator will be the cornerstone for ensuring the optimal performance and continual enhancement of our NetSuite environment. - Maintain, optimize, and upgrade the NetSuite application along with related third-party business applications.
- Develop, test, and implement customizations, custom objects, and new modules within NetSuite to meet evolving business requirements.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for managing updates, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring seamless integration with other core business platforms.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Provide ongoing support and training to users on NetSuite, including the creation of saved searches, reports, KPIs, dashboards, and user roles.
- Collaborate with business units to assist in data analysis, process mapping, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to customizations, workflows, and business processes.
RequirementsProfessional Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ERP administration, configuration, and integration, preferably within complex environments using NetSuite.
- Advanced understanding of NetSuite's functionalities, including custom records, CSV import/export, page layouts, workflows, roles, and permissions.
- Experience with NetSuite Finance, scripting, and web services.
