This role involves recruiting prospective testing centers worldwide, primarily through cold calls, and presenting Kryterion’s Testing Center business model effectively. Success in this role requires a strong ability to generate leads, think quickly, and utilize computer systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Present Kryterion’s Testing Center business model to prospective partners via phone or email, fostering positive business relationships.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for new partners, including research, cold calling, networking, presentation, negotiation, and partnership closure.
- Process incoming leads from the Kryterion website and assess their validity.
- Search for testing center locations based on client or candidate needs.
- Collaborate with the KTN team on network expansion initiatives and implementation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as pipeline reporting, recruitment updates, contact management, and test center reports.
- Maintain existing testing center network, monitoring capacity and geographical location.
- Meet or exceed quotas for onboarding new centers.
- Provide weekly recruitment progress reports to the KTN Operations Manager, including contact statistics and geographical insights.
- Conduct onboarding for new testing centers, including policy and procedural overviews.
- Develop a pipeline of key prospective partners and manage effective outreach.
- Support the Implementation Specialist through the “go-live” phase for new centers.
- Oversee contract compliance and documentation for relocations and operational changes.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an outbound sales or recruitment role.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Proficient in online research and lead generation.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
- Knowledge of sales pipeline management concepts and best practices.
