DIRECTOR OF ANALYTICS & EXPERIMENTATION
What experience should you have:
- 12+ years of designing digital analytics solutions.
- 4+ years of experience with Tealium iQ and EventStream.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of building and mentoring teams in analytics or a related field.
- Utilized tag management platforms (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, Segment etc…).
- Extensive experience in front-end development and JavaScript.
- Leveraged APIs to extract data and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in data manipulation and integration.
What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Create trusted partnerships with clients in order to consistently extend and expand our business relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analytics professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
- Lead business development activities, including client pitches, estimating work and creating project plans.
- Engage in partnerships and sales channels to identify and develop new business across solutions.
- Provide strategic direction to clients and team while maturing our solution offerings.
- Champion our vision, purpose, and values in order to inspire growth of the team.
What you’ll need to accomplish in your first year:
- Develop and implement robust analytics strategies for key clients, establishing frameworks to drive measurable results.
- Improve data integration and reporting processes, enhancing efficiency and insight value.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth and team expansion.
