The Role
TimelyCare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and shape the growth of our virtual health and well-being platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy and overseeing the execution of the roadmap to meet the unique needs of colleges and universities. This role requires deep market understanding, user empathy, and technical acumen to ensure the delivery of a product that enhances the full spectrum of student needs.
What You'll Do
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, vision, and roadmap tailored to telehealth solutions in the higher education sector.
- Customer-Centric Product Development: Engage directly with universities, college administrators, healthcare providers, and students to identify and understand their needs, pain points, and desired features.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to keep our product ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams among others to ensure successful product launches and enhancements that deliver on key metrics.
- Compliance & Privacy: Ensure that the telehealth product complies with applicable privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA) and data security standards specific to the higher education sector.
- KPIs & Success Metrics: Establish clear success metrics, track performance, and drive continuous improvement to meet user engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth targets.
What You Bring
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5-7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role developing and launching successful digital health, telehealth, or SaaS products; experience in the education sector is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of telehealth technologies, user experience design, and health regulations, with experience in higher education environments highly desirable.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional teams, making data-driven decisions, and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
- Ability to gather, interpret, and translate data insights into actionable strategies to drive growth and user engagement.
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with HIPAA, FERPA, and other relevant regulations.
- Experience working with mobile and web-based platforms.
- Understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.

The salary range for this opportunity is $125,000 – $135,000 per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process.Apply for this job
