WellSky is seeking a
Sr. Operations Analyst to join our team. Sr. Operation Analysts are responsible for managing and monitoring operations and programming closely in conjunction with leaders and functional areas of the business. This role works to collaborate with leaders on executing key operational procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, and enhanced management reporting.A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Evaluate existing operational processes to identify areas for improvement, increased efficiency, and cost reduction
- Lead or contribute to projects aimed at improving operational processes and achieving organization goals
- Organize and maintain internal resources: Shared content, SharePoint sites, teams, relevant business and/or market information.
- Analyzes, implements, and monitors data and/or reporting to optimize and scale the evolving business strategy
- Support revenue generation by providing administrative and data support to sales
- Collaborates with business leaders, strategic planning, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders across the company to review existing and future business objectives and goals
- Helps to organize financial modeling of strategic opportunities for the business unit
Do you have what it takes?
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, MIS, or related field
- 2-5 years related experience required
- Proficient with Excel
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work through complex business needs
