Responsibilities:


  • Digital and Print Design & Development
  • Design and execute on-brand creative solutions for a variety of digital, print and web assets - email templates, websites pages, brand logos, product graphics, icons, presentations, display signage, print. Take ideas from concept to execution, working with brand leads and DIMO colleagues to deliver an effective user experience and gain results across our omnichannel customer engagement and experience ecosystem.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Maintain clear and open communication with internal teams, and other stakeholders. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties, ensuring collaboration and addressing any concerns or feedback.
  • Ability to work independently while actively communicate and partner with the rest of the creative services team.
  • Creative/Technical Liaison:
  • Bridge the gap between creative and technical teams, understanding the unique needs and constraints of each.
  • Actively participate in creative and technical discussions, providing hands-on contributions to both areas.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that offshore deliverables meet both the highest creative and technical standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication
  • Coordinate with onshore marketing teams to align strategies and goals.
  • Communicate effectively across time zones to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and milestones.

Qualifications and Education Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience
  • Proven experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects
  • Excellent design skills and proficiency in industry-standard design software
  • Strong project management abilities, including planning, organization, and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of email design, html coding, proofing, testing, and QA/troubleshooting required
  • Solid front-end web design/development of HTML and CSS skills
  • Knowledge and experience working with WordPress, Veeva, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience building GIF, animation, video, and related assets
  • Strong foundation in layout, design, typography, and graphic fundamentals
  • Advanced proficiency with the latest visual and digital design applications/tools/platforms: Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, After Effects, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, BeeEditor, Stripo, Creatopy, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce Experience Cloud ,etc.
