The Position:
As a member of the BDR team, coupled with our award-winning marketing team, you’ll be the driving force behind YCharts’ sales success – and you’ll reap the rewards. If you like the fintech/financial services industry, enjoy sales, and are competitive by nature, we really want to talk to you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generate and qualify leads through phone/email outreach
- Connect qualified prospects with Account Executives
- Guide prospects through the sales process
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Sales experience with cold/warm calling
- Fintech or financial advisory industry knowledge preferred
- Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to impress and delight
- Strong drive and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $55,000
- OTE: $75,750
- 5% Discretionary annual SMART bonus
- Uncapped commission pay
