About the role
As the Office Manager at Nirvana, you will be the foundation of our office operations, playing a crucial role in creating and maintaining a productive and positive work environment. You will oversee the day-to-day office administrative activities and ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently while managing all IT-related tasks to keep meetings/events functional. Your responsibilities will include managing office facilities, coordinating with various departments and external vendors, and supporting team coordination and event planning.
This role requires a proactive, organized individual with a knack for multitasking and a keen eye for detail. You will be essential in fostering a welcoming and dynamic office culture, directly contributing to our team's overall success.Location: NYC (In office 5 days per week)
What you’ll do
Oversee office facilities and equipment.
Manage other admins within the company.
Manage office supplies, plants, kitchen inventory, deliveries and visitor support.
Manage laptop, tech inventory, and office upgrades.
Oversee technical onboarding for new employees.
Organize company events, off-sites, and team-building activities.
Assist with HRIS systems, hardware, and other software troubleshooting.
Coordinate with vendors for office lunches, events, and office maintenance workers.
Manage company swag inventory and office specific purchases.
Schedule and coordinate meetings.
Handle office moves and set up new spaces.
What we're seeking
Minimum qualifications:
5+ years experience as an Office Manager or Administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with G-suite, TriNet, Ramp, and Confluence is a plus.
Basic understanding of financial and budgeting processes.

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
