  • Tackle critical customer challenges that traverse various technologies and teams, delving deep into technical complexities such as scalability, resilience, and adaptability to craft holistic solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality engineering work— you set a high bar for engineering designs, code, tests, or monitoring—and set the standard for excellence within the team.
  • Navigate the terrain of technology decisions with finesse, navigating the balance between immediate business needs and long-term goals, ensuring our solutions remain ahead of the curve.
  • Become a mentor for your teammates, imparting wisdom on engineering best practices and nurturing their growth.
  • Collaborate closely with diverse teams, synergizing efforts to reach ambitious technical milestones.

Basic Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of engineering team management experience
  • 7+ years of engineering experience
  • Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and operations experience.
  • Experience partnering with product and program management/scrum teams

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing a team of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers.
