Responsibilities:
- Update website content to convert traffic
- Examples include creating landing pages, updating home page and vertical market pages, and updating category banners while maintaining a mobile-first mindset
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure accurate promotion setup on the e-commerce platform
- Troubleshoot and address technical issues related to e-commerce and other digital platforms
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, sales, and customer service
- Monitor and implement improvements to navigation, layout, and other elements to optimize user engagement
- Assist with reporting on merchandising & digital marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS (Beginner/Advanced Beginner level is sufficient)
- Experience with CMS systems such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, etc
- Familiar with agile project management frameworks (scrum)
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Eagerness to learn and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Strong design instincts
- Fast learner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
- SEO and/or ADA compliance experience a bonus
- Retail experience a bonus
