About the Role:
As a Senior Recruiter at Sardine, you will play a crucial role in shaping our talent strategy and driving the growth of our business. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across locations and functions.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, including software engineering, product, sales, marketing, and post-sales, across multiple regions.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear hiring strategy for each role.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Drive offer management and ensure a seamless candidate-to-hire process.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup environment.
Proven experience recruiting both technical (engineering, product) and non-technical (sales, marketing, GTM) roles in a B2B SaaS company.
Hands-on experience with recruiting in US, Canada, LATAM, and EU markets.
Strong understanding of recruiting for fast-paced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
A passion for data-driven recruiting and a strong comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Experience working with diverse, international teams and understanding the nuances in hiring across different geographies and cultures.
High energy, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.

Compensation:
Base pay range of $110,000 - $140,000 + Equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits
