Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies. We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. We offer Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, and Video to our clients by creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that allow our clients to hit their SQL targets, every time.
This role reports to the VP of Marketing and is a crucial part of our Internal Marketing team. The Demand Gen Manager works directly within our GTM to build out and own new marketing channels that drive revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage our email marketing strategy to prospects
Support the roll out of integrated campaigns across all of our marketing channels
Work with our content team to get our message out to our prospects in the most effective way possible
Operationally align our programs with our personas and account segmentation
Look for new channels to grow our distribution to our target audience
Deeply understand and deliver content to our buyer personas
Write email copy, and be a part of our internal content review process
Help build and execute our plan to hit all net new business KPIs
Responsible for personal productivity and utilization
Work closely with internal service directors to help deliver their messaging to our prospects
Build strategic campaigns at different parts of the funnel. Understand the buyer journey to make the biggest impact on bottom line revenue.
Communicate results and plans internally to help us all grow from your learnings
What You Offer
3+ years experience working in or with B2B SaaS
2+ Years in a Demand Generation Role
A good foundational understanding of B2B marketing specifically when it comes to paid advertising
Proficiency with Hubspot or other related tools
Incredible collaborator and driver of execution
Great communication and written skills and experience both internally and externally
Proven success driving company growth metrics - Know your numbers!

Work Environment Requirements
As a remote-first company, you’ll have the ability to work from anywhere in the US, with the option to enjoy our state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California.
