Lime is hiring a Service Program Manager to join our GSC (Global Service Center) team!The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment. You will be an in the moment problem solver with the ability to think about the short term and long term plan. You're energized about building and scaling and being part of a forward-thinking organization.  

This is a 12 month contract position.


What you'll do:


  • Lead the after-service project of related product from design phase till EOL
  • Understand the design logic or purpose of our products and summarize the pros and cons from repairing aspects
  • Design gadget or tools based on repairing requirement
  • Generate maintenance books of products based on accessible, visualized and practical principles.
  • Consider and provide constructive advice for continuous improvement on the impact of issues such as cost, security, and time constraints
  • Lead the optimization of the assembly process as assembly engineer.
  • Material database organizing and internal web maintenance

About you:


  • Working experience in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar background.
  • Project management skill of at least 3 years.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Fundamental working knowledge of manufacturing process and tooling for automotive connector operations.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • 2+ years of experience in electronic/mechanical manufacturing engineering for mechanical products (scooter, bike) is a plus
  • CAD/NX kinds of software skill is a plus
  • Java/python/SQL skill is a plus
