About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our field marketing initiatives in Europe. You will be responsible for creating and executing impactful marketing programs that generate leads, accelerate pipeline, and build strong brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute regional field marketing programs: This includes webinars, virtual events, roundtables, executive dinners, conferences, and user groups. You will be responsible for the entire event lifecycle, from strategy and planning to execution and post-event follow-up.
- Support local trade shows: Collaborate with the global events team to ensure successful participation in relevant industry trade shows. This includes traveling to events, managing logistics, booth design, lead capture, and post-show follow-up activities.
- Develop and execute pre- and post-event nurture campaigns: Work closely with the demand generation team to create targeted campaigns that drive engagement and conversion before, during, and after events.
- Localize marketing content and swag: Adapt global marketing materials, campaigns, and swag to resonate with the local target audience. This includes creating region-specific messaging and selecting appropriate promotional items.
- Partner with cross-functional teams: Collaborate effectively with product marketing, content, events, product, sales, and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of field marketing programs.
- Manage budget and track ROI: Monitor and track program expenses, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in field marketing in the B2B technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing field marketing programs.
- Strong project management and logistical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (any additional European language is a plus).
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with a passion for delivering engaging experiences.
- Understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
