THE JOB


We’re seeking a skilled warehouse manager to join our team! You will develop team members by 1:1 coaching, training, and working with other department leads to cross train your staff. You’ll oversee a team responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision and pride. You’ll help us ‘Fight for Better’ by improving our warehouse efficiency with updated processes, procedures, and trainings. We focus on recruiting determined, positive and reliable people who are passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS


  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Calm, organized, and effective under pressure
  • Proficient in Outlook and Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to meet physical demands like standing and color recognition
