Not every manufacturer will have razor thin tolerance levels. Not every manufacturer will personally oversee the development, design and machining of every part that comes off the line. We’re not every manufacturer.
The Opportunity -
We are looking for dedicated and reliable Security Officers to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in protecting our premises, assets, and people while ensuring a safe working environment. If you are vigilant, proactive, and take pride in ensuring the safety of others, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surveillance & Monitoring: Regularly patrol assigned areas (interior and exterior) to monitor for suspicious activities, security threats, or potential hazards.
- Access Control: Ensure that only authorized personnel and visitors have access; issue employee badges, and ensure visitors sign-in with the visitor management system to comply with ITAR regulations.
- Incident Response: Respond quickly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or any disturbances. Provide immediate assistance as needed and escalate incidents to law enforcement or emergency responders when required.
- Report Writing: Document and report all incidents, accidents, and safety hazards. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, security breaches, and noteworthy observations.
- Emergency Preparedness: Be familiar with emergency response procedures, including evacuation plans, first aid, and fire drills, to ensure preparedness during potential crises.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees by maintaining a visible, approachable presence and assisting with inquiries or directions when necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other security personnel, building management, and local law enforcement to ensure a coordinated approach to safety and security.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years security experience required. Military or law enforcement experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle potentially stressful or confrontational situations.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand or walk for long periods and patrol a variety of areas.
- Certifications: First Aid/CPR, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to report incidents clearly and interact with employees, visitors, and law enforcement if necessary.
- Work Schedule: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on the needs of the security operations.

Graveyard Shift:
Monday - Thursday 9:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Salary Description$21 per hour + $1 Shift Differential
