About the Role:
Crusoe is seeking an experienced and visionary Workplace Manager to lead the expansion of our South Bay presence. In this critical role, you will work closely with the Senior Workplace Manager to bring our ambitious growth plans to life. At the heart of your efforts will be Crusoe’s greatest asset—our people.This is a hands-on role that requires collaboration across diverse teams to shape and elevate the workplace experience. As Crusoe grows significantly in both headcount and geographic reach in 2024-25, we’re looking for someone who brings creativity, operational expertise, and a passion for cultivating exceptional work environments.

A Day In The Life:
Oversee all workplace operations for the South Bay office, ensuring smooth daily functionality and an exceptional employee experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external service providers, landlords, and building management.
Help refine and implement operational processes for workplace programs and services.
Leverage workplace analytics to identify trends and propose data-backed improvements for office operations and employee experience.
Support with office design and build projects, ensuring timeline delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
Coordinate and manage South Bay employee events and programs that align with global workplace strategies and enhance team engagement.
Oversee food and beverage programming, including lunch and snack programs, while managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Collaborate with the Senior Workplace Manager to forecast facility needs and strategize for future growth.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for workplace policies, procedures, and operations to ensure seamless knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Act as the primary responder for building-related emergencies, including after-hours situations when necessary.
This role requires a minimum of five days in-office each week.

You bring at least 3 years of experience in workplace or operational roles within fast-paced, growth-oriented global organizations.
You are well-versed in managing day-to-day operations, including food and beverage programs, janitorial services, events, front desk operations, and space planning.
Your cross-functional collaboration skills enable you to work effectively across teams and departments.
You have proven expertise in budget management, building business cases, and optimizing expenses.
You are familiar with workplace management software (e.g., Envoy) and tools to streamline operations.
You possess exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail, prioritization, and multitasking.
You thrive in logistics coordination, including office moves and workspace adjustments.
You are a creative thinker who brings fresh ideas to enhance the workplace experience and improve operational efficiency.

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of $120,000 - $135,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
