About the Team
The Horeca team is a large and diverse team which is trying to solve the problems in the Foodindustry ecosystem with a credit based approach. This growth engine will fuel the next phaseof Ninjacart’s journey in cementing its place in the industry as an innovation and executionleader. This is a team which is a mix of Business, Execution, Category, Product, Analytics andbrings a mix of speed and innovation to solve tough problem statements.
Responsibilities
● Horeca Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the Horecasegment, analyze market trends, and develop effective strategies to expand ourpresence in the industry.● Key Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients inthe Horeca sector, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies● Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenuetargets, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities● Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate favorable terms and conditionswith clients, ensuring the successful execution of contracts and agreements● Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, andmarket developments to identify potential risks and opportunities, providing valuableinsights to the management team● Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing,supply chain, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services toHoreca clients● Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of customerinteractions, manage customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely andprofessional mannerA Ninja is resilient, smart, and ambitious.

Here’s what you willneed to have to join the Ninja Clan● Education: MBA/PGDM from a Tier II/Tier III College● Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales,or business development, preferably within the Horeca industry● Horeca Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Horeca industry, includingits dynamics, key players, and market trends● Relationship Building Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build andmaintain relationships with clients at various levels within organizations● Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals effectively● Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities,and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth● Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills,including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals● Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability tointerpret data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions● Result Orientation: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability towork independently and as part of a team● Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to travel frequently, adapt to changing marketconditions, and work in a fast-paced environment
