DESCRIPTION


Pontera is looking for an Account Executive who will own the full sales cycle with small and medium-sized wealth management firms.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Play the lead role in sourcing and managing a pipeline of Registered Investment Advisory firms, handling the full sales cycle from cold call through negotiation and close
  • Understand the goals, plans, timeline, and personal motivations of your buyers
  • Strive to continuously improve your sales process, demonstrating a willingness to test, learn, and implement best practices

  • Smart, scrappy, capable of coming up with creative solutions to problems
  • Demonstrated track record of top performance
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Excellent relationship builder, capable of winning buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
  • A good person. Someone who wants what is best for the team, cares about their clients, and will be a friend, mentor and coach to teammates at Pontera
  • Highly collaborative, organized, and process-driven
  • Self-starter with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment
  • A sense of urgency and professional persistence, capable of bringing deals to a close

Bonus Points


  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Monday.com, Tableau
  • Familiarity with the wealth management industry
  • Having developed professional skills in an analyst program (Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Wealth Management)
