Revenue Operations Manager


Job Description:Workshop is looking for a  Revenue Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing and optimizing our revenue-related software tools, including HubSpot and PandaDoc, while also driving data insights and reporting for the entire revenue organization. This is a hands-on role that will support Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Managers, and Marketing teams by ensuring operational efficiency, accurate reporting, and streamlined processes.

As a Revenue Operations Manager you will:


  • Own the administration, optimization, and integration of revenue tools such as HubSpot and PandaDoc.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to configure CRM workflows, automate processes, and improve data quality.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, user support, and training on these platforms.:
  • Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key metrics. 
  • Provide regular insights and analysis to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to streamline processes and improve alignment across the entire revenue cycle.
  • Identify and implement best practices to drive operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Assist in designing and refining compensation plans, quota setting, and performance measurement.
  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing sales processes and improving the buyer journey.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of new tools, processes, and initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to influence strategic decisions and support revenue growth.
  • Develop a scalable framework for the revenue operations function as the company grows and expands.

To be successful at this position, you'll need to have:


  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, within a SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in CRM and revenue management tools, specifically HubSpot and PandaDoc.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience building reports and dashboards in tools like HubSpot, Excel, or BI platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Proactive problem solving skills with strong attention to detail and a growth mindset.
