Description
BlackStone eIT is seeking a skilled Solution Architect with expertise in LeanIX for a 6-month contract position. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leveraging LeanIX to transform and optimize our enterprise architecture practices. You will work closely with various stakeholders to assess, design, and implement solutions that enhance visibility and control over IT landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their requirements and develop LeanIX strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Design and implement LeanIX solutions that help visualize IT architecture and enhance decision-making processes.
- Conduct assessments of current enterprise architecture practices and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on LeanIX capabilities and best practices.
- Define and document architecture standards, guidelines, and principles.
- Provide ongoing support for LeanIX implementation and maintenance, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated approach to enterprise architecture.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the LeanIX solutions and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture with a strong focus on LeanIX.
- In-depth knowledge of LeanIX features and functionalities.
- Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate discussions around enterprise architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Available to start immediately and commit to the 6-month contract duration.
