While the role is remote for now, you must be located in the Greater Toronto Area, as we transition to an office setting in the future.

Requirements


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Empower our customers by guiding them through the insurance process, offering quotes, and helping them select the best coverage for their needs.
  • Expand your influence by cross-selling additional Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring our customers have the support they need.

  • Be available for success with a schedule from 9 am to 6 pm EST, Monday to Friday, and occasionally a weekend day.

What You Bring:


  • Insurance broker license: Level 1 required (Level 2 preferable) to sell Property & Casualty lines.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – are key to success in this role.

Compensation: $74,000 – $112,500 (fixed + variable), with additional earning potential based on performance. The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and location to ensure competitive compensation.


The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with potentially applicable laws. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic work location.
