All employees must be able to work 9am-5pm in their timezone, Pacific to Eastern.We’re looking for a Staff Engineer to build the interface for every day people to interact with generative AI — we believe it’s an opportunity to do career-defining work.

You will build the user interface and backend for the latest machine learning technology. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, your primary role will be building our SaaS web application. You will also work on other growth initiatives and products from time to time.

What you'll do:


  • Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • Utilize and contribute to our continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code with quick turnaround times and ownership/accountability
  • Create and maintain processes, policies, documents, and the implementation of underlying systems and technologies for application sustainment, security, and privacy
  • Establish and support patterns and architectures for our front-end, backend, future applications, and our multi-and-single-tenant instances across cloud providers/platforms

About you:


  • 10+ years of both backend and frontend software engineering experience
  • Prior experience as a Staff or Principal Engineer or similar role
  • Experience with SaaS, marketing tools, creator tools, and/or machine learning products is a plus
  • Experience with the entire product development lifecycle, including early-stage
  • Proficiency in ReactJS/NextJS/Typescript/NodeJS
  • Previous experience at rapidly scaling SaaS startups
  • Bonus if you're based in the San Francisco Bay Area
