We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Management Analyst to join our team and support the Naval Applications and Business Services (NABS) Program. As a Contracts Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of this strategic program and contribute to the advancement of our client's mission.**The hybrid schedule for this role requires two days per week onsite. This schedule is subject to change at client's discretion.**
How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
- Support the Administrative Contracting Officers (ACOs) with post-award contracting actions.
- Reviewing gap in service input forms, writing memorandums for the record (MFRs) to correct those gaps in service, drafting Demand Letters as required, and pulling weekly and monthly metrics.
- Additional, ad-hoc duties consist of supporting the Procurement Contracting Officers (PCOs) with pre-award contracting actions.
What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
- Clearance: Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience, with Navy experience preferred
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and development.
What Sets You Apart:
- 5+ years of experience in government contracting roles
- CFCM/CPCM/DAWIA Contracts Level II or III Certification preferred
$80,000 - $90,000 a year
Candidates based in California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Jersey (Jersey City), New York or Washington:
The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. CSA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
