CSA is looking for a Systems Administrator who specializes in administering and deploying VMware Sphere v7.0 and Horizon View 7 with a solid background in designing and documenting new infrastructure deployment to help us manage systems to support our Navy client in a secure modernized computer environment.
How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
- As a Systems Administrator on our team, you’ll ensure student training infrastructure is functional and available and the virtual desktops are properly configured.
- You’ll help customers to overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management.
- Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network.
- Your experience and communication skills will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning.
What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret Clearance.
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Years of Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
- General Experience: Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration
- Certification Required: IAT Level I (Sec+) or qualifying Bachelor's Degree.
What Sets You Apart:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience with system administration supporting DoD network systems,
- Experience with Dell or Cisco UCS server management
- Experience with implementing VMware and Windows STIGs
- Experience with PowerShell, PowerCLI, or NaviCLI
- Experience with EMC VNX, XtremIO, or Unity storage arrays using fiber channel or FCoE
- Knowledge of DoD security compliance auditing, DoD hardening, RMF, STIGs, and PKI
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization Certification or higher

The annual base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. CSA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
