Job Overview:
We are seeking a scientist with over 10 years of experience to join our biologics team, dedicated to advancing the frontier research and product development in the field of antibody discovery
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and participate in projects of antibody discovery, including hybridoma and phage display.
- Design, optimize and execute experimental protocols of antibody discovery.
- Utilize professional knowledge to solve technical challenges in the R&D process and provide innovative solutions for antibody discovery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth progress and integration of the project.
- Track the latest technological advancements and industry trends in the field of antibody discovery and provide suggestions for the company's R&D strategy.
- Guide and train junior engineers to enhance the overall technical capabilities of the team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Have over 10 years of R&D experience related to antibody discovery.
- Possess profound professional knowledge in biochemistry, molecular biology, and immunology. Master or PhD degree.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Be proficient in the principles and methods of antibody discovery, such as hybridoma, phage display and B cell sorting.
- Be able to independently design and conduct experiments, and accurately analyse and interpret experimental results.
- Have good teamwork spirit, communication skills and management capabilities.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Report to: Head of Biologics Discovery
- Works with: Colleagues of Biologics Discovery group, other scientific and supporting divisions
