Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Program Manager Operations Security Analyst to support a funded program at Langley AFB. This is a
brand-new long-term program funded through 2029. For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.
How Role Will Make an Impact:
- Provide support to A3T Division leadership to develop/review guidance for the development, bed down, sustainment, and/or integration of air, space, and cyberspace Advanced Programs for the CAF.
- Provide analysis and assistance to A3T and CAF Advanced Programs offices and associate units for all facets of key combat capability
- Adhere to and report violations of the advanced program office physical and information security regulations/policies.
- Maintain inventory, accountability, and oversight of advanced program materials. Provide oversight for advanced program facilities.
- Update current security guidance policy letters, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Program Security Classification Guides, Tactics and Training guides, program indoctrinations and initial training, etc.
- Provide program training in the form of oral and written briefings for Pilots, Intel, and other personnel.
- Provide subject matter expertise in applicable Mission Designed Series (MDS) mission planning systems, weapons and tactics trainers, unit level simulators, instrumentation pods, and other devices utilized in support of the Program Office.
- Provide overall classification management and guidance for DoD contractors involved in special access programs, including implementation of standard methodologies for classification management in collateral and special access programs.
- Provide advice and assistance to division and branches on implementation of applicable Government security standards. To include implementing the division security awareness training program and assisting in conducting security reviews.
- Review and make recommendations on the methods and techniques required to secure Automated Information Systems (AIS).
- Provide technical guidance and direction during new facility construction or when modifying existing facilities.
- Provide guidance to unit-level security managers regarding program security.
- Provide overall classification management and guidance for Government and DoD contractors involved in special access programs, including implementation of standard methodologies for classification management in collateral and special access programs.
- Develop, review, and recommend approval of security awareness training and education programs.
- Develop, review and recommend approval of unit security SOPs.
- Assist with the coordination and conduct of Staff Assistance Visits and Program Reviews.
- Assist the Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) in providing technical guidance and recommendations to the Government in the methods and techniques required to secure AIS used in support of special access programs.
- Draft System Security Plans (SSP) and recommend for approval.
- Perform system security tests and evaluations on specified systems as needed.
- Provide support for research, design, and implementation of an AIS security-training program.
What You'll Need to Have to Join our Award-Winning Team:
- Clearance: TS/SCI required
- NATO Secret clearance required
- 3 years of wing or squadron level SAP experience
- 5 years of experience in DoD security management/administration, personnel and program security, and clearance adjudication
- Graduate of USAFWS
- Rated CAF combat aircraft experience, some of which was obtained within the last ten years
