Position Details:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving production and repair processes, quality programs, training initiatives, warehousing processes, and logistics. You will play a key role in enhancing our operational efficiency and ensuring the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production and repair processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the design and implementation of new and improved triage, repair, data wipe, and quality assurance systems.
- Oversee warehousing and materials handling processes to enhance logistics and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on process improvements and quality initiatives.
- Conduct training programs for staff to promote best practices in production and logistics.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in process mapping, statistical analysis, and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000 + Bonus and LTIP

Onsite, Louisville, KY
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location.
