Description


We are looking for an Strategic Sales Development Representative located in Philippines to identify interested and potential customers of our Keycafe Smartbox in the United States/Canada. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting, qualifying, and booking meetings for the account executive to close the deal. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in the B2B SaaS industry developing prospects and meeting sales quotas. You should have experience making sales calls (cold calls) and talking to clients via phone and email.

Your English and communication skills should be at a level that you can communicate with U.S. business executives, cultivate strong relationships with them from first contact until the close of the deal.You will need to understand our product and be able to answer basic questions about the product features and how Keycafe's products can solve customer needs and improve their business. No technical background is needed but you will have to be curious about tech products.If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a close team environment, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Annual Compensation: 1,000,000 - 1,400,000 PHP


You will participate in a commission-based compensation program, rewarding successful lead conversion and meeting booking.Base: 400 PHP - 500 PHP per hour, depending on experience levelCommission: 20,000 - 40,000 PHP per month based on results with no upper limit

Responsibilities:


  • Thoughtfully and strategically develop prospect lists, product value proposition and pitch angle
  • Craft and send email sequences
  • Make 50 - 75 calls per day
  • Navigate prospective organizations to gather information and find decision makers
  • Successfully present our product to executives at businesses
  • Set up meetings between prospective clients and account executives
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities

Users manage their keys and accesses on a web interface, and can remotely monitor key exchanges happening in real time.Customers range from over 40 different industries including major vacation rental/hotels (hospitality), car rental agencies, car dealerships, real estate/property management, and just about any company that has a large vehicle fleet or property fleet.

Keycafe has active customers globally across the EU, North America, Asia, and Australia.

Requirements


  • 4+ years as a B2B SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR)
  • English that is indistinguishable from native speakers in the United States
  • Experience selling to executives at mid-size and large companies
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in a specific industry relevant to Keycafe's product
  • Ability to strategically analyze market, develop and pursue lead lists
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Ability to work remotely, prioritize and balance time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree
