Job Summary: As a Sr. Manager, Field and Partner Marketing, you will drive the growth and execution of strategic partner marketing initiatives with a focus on maximizing our relationships with key partners like Extreme, Microsoft, and SonicWall. Leveraging your expertise in co-marketing and go-to-market strategies, you will work closely with the product management and sales teams to execute impactful campaigns that support Logically’s sales pipeline and revenue objectives while aligning with the company’s strategic growth goals. In this role, you will be the primary marketing liaison for these strategic partners, leading the communication, implementation and optimization of campaigns that accelerate revenue and profitability.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in enhancing channel relationships, expanding marketing investments, and aligning field marketing events with Logically’s demand generation strategy. This includes orchestrating partner-driven and field events that drive engagement and growth across our client portfolio.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and manage lead-generating campaigns for partner initiatives, including co-branded content, webinars,
and industry events.
- Lead event planning and execution, covering strategy, messaging, materials, contracts, vendor relations,
registration, scheduling, staffing, on-site production, and logistics.
- Conduct post-event and campaign evaluations with ROI analysis; share insights and recommendations with sales
and marketing.
- Maintain event and campaign documentation, including budgets, calendars, checklists, and run-of-shows.
- Allocate resources effectively for partner marketing activities within budget.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to develop aligned strategies that support business goals.
- Track and report campaign outcomes and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Develop and manage marketing assets, such as presentations and written materials, for partner and field use.
- Advocate for partner needs with internal teams to enhance support and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with policies and budget limits while maximizing co-marketing funds.
- Align marketing programs to target high-potential accounts and expansion opportunities.
- Provide clear reporting and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support special projects as requested by leadership.
- Travel up to 20-30% to support on-site event management and partner engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bs/Ba in Business, Marketing or other related field OR equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing or product management within a Business-to-Business sales organization.
- Experience and knowledge of marketing and project management software such as Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot, etc. preferred
- Data Analytics experience preferred
- Client-facing event planning experience preferred
- Technology experience preferred
- Business-to-business marketing experience preferred
- Experience marketing for software and/or other hardware vendors is preferred
