Your Role at impact.com:
A Regional Vice President (RVP) for Business Value Assessment is focused on assessing and articulating the business value of a company’s products or services. Responsible for business process assessment, business value analysis, business case development, proposal development, and building pre and post-sales models to scale a team of business value consultants.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategies to assess and communicate the business value of products and solutions to customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align business value assessments with overall company goals.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with key customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how the company's solutions can drive business value.
- Lead presentations and workshops to illustrate potential ROI and business impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product management, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on value propositions and customer feedback.
- Foster collaboration between teams to enhance client solutions and improve business results.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify value opportunities and improve assessment methodologies.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to support value propositions and create detailed business case studies.
Training and Development:
- Train sales and account management teams on business value assessment frameworks and methodologies.
- Develop tools and resources to aid teams in articulating business value to clients.
- Performance Metrics:
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of business value assessments and continually refine processes based on outcomes.
- Report on assessment results and provide insights and recommendations to drive improvement.
What You Have:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience
Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally with a focus on business value assessment, consultancy, and/or strategic sales.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects that demonstrate business impact.
- Experience building self-service ROI models for enterprise and commercial AEs.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business scenarios.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
Industry Knowledge:
- Understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges within the specific market.
Leadership:
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects effectively.
Nice to have:

Salary range: $195,000K-$227,500 potential total on target earnings (base + commission), per year, plus eligibility to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
