About the Role
As the Chief Revenue Marketing Officer, you will lead and scale a global growth marketing team, driving strategies focusing on demand generation, pipeline, customer retention, and brand development. This role requires a data-driven leader passionate about scaling performance marketing operations while becoming the steward of the voice of our customers. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing impactful, metrics-driven campaigns that align with Petvisor's business goals and continuously optimize spend to increase pipeline conversion rates.
Your strategic leadership will drive the company towards $100M in revenue and beyond, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to deliver measurable, year-over-year growth in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute demand-driven marketing strategies to support 50%+ YOY bookings growth, tracking and optimizing key performance metrics (e.g., traffic, lead generation, CAC, LTV) to ensure visibility into future performance
- Drive the strategy for brand development, including messaging, positioning, and market differentiation based on voice of customer
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall revenue and growth objectives
- Oversee a scalable MarTech stack, optimizing marketing automation to support the veterinary customer journey
- ROI analysis of marketing investments, adjusting strategies to meet target Customer Acquisition Costs while collaborating across teams
- Manage and develop a global team, overseeing initiatives across content marketing, PPC, email campaigns, social media, and events
- Identify and support creative and innovative content campaigns to boost engagement and conversions
- Lead the continuous testing, analysis, and optimization of campaigns to improve conversion rates, MQL/SQL pipeline flow, and media spend performance
- Establish short-term (quarterly) and long-term marketing goals, managing annual budgets and resources to drive results
What You’ll Need
- 12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with deep expertise in demand generation and team leadership
- Proven experience in scaling marketing functions that contributed to growing a company to $100M in revenue and beyond
- Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive growth in fast-paced, high-performance environments, scaling marketing from SMB to enterprise
- Strong knowledge of MarTech solutions, with hands-on experience optimizing marketing operations across multiple channels
- Expertise in analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for developing and mentoring a high-performing team
- Experience with marketing automation, SEO, PPC, content creation, and event marketing.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align marketing goals with broader business objectives
- Experience working with institutional investors is a plus
