Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking CIO Strategic Support Specialist to support our team in Pensacola, FL. This role is contingent on award.
How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
- Meet weekly with the NETC Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and provide monthly status reports (MSR), statistics or interim reports to the NETC COR.
- Provide a brief to the NETC Chief Information Officer (CIO)/Requirement Owner (RO) providing status and service delivery data.
- Respond to requests for meetings at the Pensacola location within a 72-hour period.
- Meet with Government managers/supervisors on strategic goals and long/short range plans
- Provide weekly status updates to Technical Assistants (TA). Work with NETC Technical
- Assistants, Program Managers, Functional Managers, Product Owners, Product Managers, and
- Technical Managers to formulate, review, and monitor service-support with NETC work plans, project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop and track plans via Flankspeed tools, Microsoft (MS) Project, power point, spreadsheets, schedules and timelines, documents, and resolutions for the N6 Program Management Office and other stakeholders.
- Research, evaluate, and provide feedback on problematic trends and patterns in customer support requirements when discovered.
- Coordinate, document, and confirm training of contractor personnel in security, fire, safety, electrical power safety.
- Facilitate the coordination, development and maintenance of IM/IT Portfolios.
- Perform analysis in support of the construction and vetting of: Requirements Documents, Requirements Traceability Matrixes, and Concept of Operations (CONOPS). Validate, clarify, develop, and review functional requirements and capabilities for both legacy and transformation systems.
- Collect, analyze, and track RRL IT fielding requirements identified by stakeholders needed to support IT upgrades to deliver modernized RRL training. Coordinate with NETC and Navy stakeholders to collaborate, identify, and capture alternatives for technological solutions.
- Provide project management services and oversight of IT requirements supporting implementation of IT upgrades to deliver modernized RRL training
- Manage IT and business relationships and liaise with multiple levels of stakeholders including flag officers, commanding officers, higher level authorities, governance bodies, departmental leadership, functional staff, technical staff and project managers, PMW-240 and user communities.
- Support the transformation of outdated or legacy systems to new and more advanced software to include reviewing existing system business rules and conducting “Fit-Gap Analysis” to determine the best solution to move the application forward.
- Develop, gather, and maintain data of IT operations. Evaluate the effectiveness of IT Operations by conducting analysis and identifying issues and alternatives. Perform system capability analysis vs. requirement matrixes.
- Develop workflows, dashboards, and other solutions using capabilities within Flankspeed, Power Platform or similar approved Navy tools/capabilities that support the effectiveness of NETC IT operations.
- Develop Systems Architecture products, Overview Models, Process Models, various views, Data Models and views IAW the DoD Architecture Framework methodology.
- Research new products and technologies with potential to support NETC training delivery initiatives.
- Coordinate with all levels/echelons of the NETC organization from command Division Directors/System Administrators, to Learning Center and Training Site personnel related to developing, managing, and delivering training.
- Develop graphic displays, briefing packages and presentation materials for use in briefing leadership at all levels, training, and other strategic presentations.
- Provide internet/intranet online collaboration, video teleconferencing support.

- Bachelors Degree in related field and 3 years of relevant experience
