Intrepid Studios is looking for an experienced and passionate
Senior Producer who is a detail-oriented, self-starter with strong analytical skills. As a Senior Producer, you will focus on product development and assist all cross discipline teams with strategic planning to drive projects to completion in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is passionate about gaming and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead in the creation, estimation, and tracking of major milestones, features, tasks, and bugs
- Set and attend studio meetings, determine and delegate action items, and set follow up meetings
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and drive communication, organization, and accountability for multiple development teams
- Manage and mentor mid-level and associate producers
- Work closely with other producers and leadership to communicate project status and identify risks
- Identify, communicate, and help to resolve risks and roadblocks in the development pipeline
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years experience in game production
- Shipped at least one AAA game title
- Experience leading teams of 20+ developers
- Advanced knowledge of game development processes and best practices
- Experience working in a fast paced development environment with multiple teams
- Experience building and planning complex projects and seeing them to completion
- Extraordinary communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Jira and Confluence project management tools
- Knowledge of Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools (e.g. Visio, Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Additional Considerations
- Experience as a designer, engineer, or artist (big plus!)
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 and/or 5

We offer competitive pay based on market standards plus a significant annual bonus structure. The base salary for this role is between $100,000 - $160,000, depending on skills and experience. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
